I’ve created a program just for you!

But I wanted something that was different than the millions of "programs" out there. While I loved teaching my previous (shorter) program, something I found most participants saying is that they wanted MORE. Five weeks just wasn't long enough to provide the support and accountability, through the ups and downs that comes with building healthy habits.

I wanted something personalized yet with the ability to offer group accountability and regular check-ins, which I find are key ingredients in keeping momentum moving forward.

I have seen the value to long-term support when embarking on a huge journey like this.

That's why it's my mission to empower women to reclaim what they've lost. I support women who are tired of dieting and want to learn how to truly nourish their body and minds to help get them out of the fog. I suddenly have a LOT of friends talking about dieting (maybe because it’s Summer?), especially the ones doing the keto diet.
